Twelve leaders gather on 124 acres of Appalachian mountain land to speak honestly, listen without fixing, and get clear on what they actually desire to build next — using the Iroquois council format that has worked for centuries. One voice at a time. No interruption. Just truth, witnessed.



DAY ONE · ARRIVAL

One question. Alone on the land. A silent shared dinner. An early night. Tomorrow asks something of you.

DAY TWO · THE COUNCIL

A traditional pipe ceremony opens the morning. The council follows — one voice, no interruptions, every person heard. That evening: a fire beside the creek under the open sky.

DAY THREE · THE COMMITMENT

A blueprint placed in front of the group. Every voice heard. Each person names one commitment, witnessed by the circle. You help complete something larger than yourself.

Section 3 — The place
